You know that caring for yourself in mind, body, heart and spirit is at the heart of clarity, balance, well-being and success in life and work.

The Remembering YOU coaching program provides a series of weekly mini-retreats to inspire, inform and support you with your unique self-care journey as a helper, while giving you a place for peer support, connection and accountability with other like-minded professionals.

About this program: 

The Remembering YOU: Self-Care & Wellness Coaching Program is an interactive group coaching program dedicated to your self-aware, self-care in mind, body, heart and spirit – that serves to nourish, replenish, and energize YOU.

This group coaching program is accessed by teleseminar (via telephone) and offers you time  to explore the art of self-care with others, while also having the opportunity to be in action with taking care of yourself within the coaching calls themselves.

Through the power of story, therapeutic journal writing, guided meditations, and coaching tools you will deepen self-care, self-awareness and well-being from within.

Each weekly call is like a mini-retreat!

Weekly Overview:

Week 1: The Joy of Caring for Yourself - core values, myths and beliefs within the self-care conversation.  Bringing self-care closer to home and heart.

Week 2: Self-Care Assessment – where are you now? How to start where you are at with self compassion and non-judgment.

Week 3: Self-Care Sabbotage – what gets in the way?  Challenges/obstacles to caring for yourself and how to overcome them.

Week 4: Beyond Bubble Baths – the heart and soul of self-care that truly helps you to decrease stress, feel grounded, energized and healthy.  Your soulful way to total well-being.

Week 5: Celebrating & Sustaining The Heart of Self-Care – sustainable self-care, setting up for success over time, family/peer support, inspired commitment, closure and all things new.

This group coaching program includes:

  • 1 x 50 minute individual coaching session (intention and goal setting)
  • 5 weekly - 75 minute group coaching calls
  • weekly handouts including worksheets + resources + inspiration
  • 1 x 30 minute individual coaching session (wrap-up and take aways)
  • your subscription to the biweekly Creative Wellness Tips & Tools Museletter – for ongoing  support for your inspired, mindful, & healthy living journey (includes reflective journaling writing prompts in every issue – to encourage you to Write for the Health of It on an ongoing basis!)

Please note, course size is limited to 8 participants to ensure individual participants reach their unique coaching goals.
