  • I have experienced all of the signs mentioned above in both areas.
    One strategy that I resort to most times is to simply stop whatever I am doing, close my eyes and listen to my breathing. That usually tunes me in to all the other soothing sounds that I miss in the rush….like birds chirping.
    A shorter version of that is to just stop and let the moment pass. I can actually feel the physical release at these times,

Mindfulness in this moment and the next – so important to bring our attention fully present in the moment. I find this really helps with stress release too. Thanks for your wisdom.
