Creative Wellness supports heart-centered women and men who want to write and reflect for wisdom and well-being.
Creative Wellness events and products are designed to help you take time for YOU. Time to get clear, grounded, and centered. Time to connect with your own story. Time to align with what really matters most to you. Time to nourish your creativity, feed your soul and deepen your sense of overall well-being.
Creative Wellness clients are interested in mindful, inspired, and healthy living.
Creative Wellness clients are individuals, groups and organizations who give a lot in service to the needs, health, learning and well-being of others AND who value personal growth, self-care and well-being. Some of my clients have written for themself for years, others are picking up a pen and journal to embark to the blank page to write for themself for the first time. You start where you are at in the moment and go forward from there.
Creative Wellness Clients
I have worked with hundreds of individual clients within my twenty year social work/coaching/training career. My clients include social workers, therapists, counsellors, psychologists, life coaches, mental health nurses, midwives, health and healing professionals, life coaches, hospice workers, educators, emergency service professionals, crisis intervention workers, change agents and the supervisors, managers and leaders within occupational groups of this nature. I work with many ”helpingpreneurs” – helping professionals who are self-employed through their own businesses/private practices.
Creative Wellness clients are dedicated helping and healing professionals who often work with high stress, high emotion, and at times trauma, within the nature and heart of their work. They know that taking care of themselves is foundational to success and satisfaction in their lives and work AND that caring for self while being in service to others is a balancing act. They want greater work-life balance, less stress, as well as feelings of accomplishment and meaning in the important work that they do. They also want fulfillment, satisfaction and purpose in both life and work. They care about pausing and listening within. They write/journal, or are curious about the power of writing as a tool for self-awareness and personal growth.
The act of moving the pen across the page can be meditative, creating a calming state. ~ Henriette Anne Klauser
Creative Wellness clients also include health, human and social service organizations who are committed to offering their employees messages of care and recognition. Creative Wellness client organizations prioritize employee well-being and offer professional development that helps staff to reduce stress, prevent burnout and connect with the meaning in their work, in their lives.
