Employee Health & Wellness Coaching
Your organization can contract for a “coaching bundle” whereby you receive a set number of coaching hours that can be used by various staff members. You can also hire me on retainer for employee wellness coaching over time within your organization.
The Coaching Process: What To Expect
Regardless of whether you seek the benefits of 1:1 coaching or desire a group coaching program, you can expect the following process.
- Contracting and defining the scope and expectations for the coaching engagement.
- Assessment of current situation – both opportunities and challenges – through conversation and assessment tools.
- Defining specific areas of focus and development of plans to achieve success, including specific measurable outcomes.
- Taking action to support the achievement of the established goals.
The duration of the coaching relationship varies depending on the individual, teams or organizational needs or it is determined by the length of the coaching program itself.
